What You Need To Know About Your Texas TC
Your Texas TC is comprised of experienced agents in residential sales and rentals as well as Transaction Management. We started out by providing services for just one top producing team, and decided we wanted to expand to bring the exceptional service and custom tools to clients and agents outside of the team. We also have admin assistants that are unlicensed to help with the items that do not require a license.

What Services We Offer For You*
Fee Schedule
*The Pricing Table is subject to change, and changes will be sent out 30 days in advance for review and signature. These changes will apply to new Contracts after the change notice and will not impact any existing Contracts.
Additional Services and Add Ons
Document Creation Onboarding Fee: $199. This one-time fee, due within seven days of template creation, is for the initial set up and creation of Buyer/Seller/Renter templates in DotLoop. These templates will be organized in a manner that assists Your Texas TC to be most efficient and are available for use by the Agent as well. These templates must be approved by the Agent and in place before any document creation services can begin. There may be an additional fee to update templates should any future changes to the templates be requested by the Agent.
Buyer Packet: $75. Your Texas TC will draft the initial offer documents (requires approved templates in place).

- IABS
- One to Four Family Contract
- Other Needed Addenda / Notices
Additional Buyer Packet(s): $25 for additional offer packets for the same Buyer Representation Agreement, if needed.
Buyer Closing Binder: $75. Your Texas TC will provide a Professional Closing Binder for the Agent to give the Client at closing. This binder includes a welcome letter, business card holder, printed Contract documents and other documents provided to Your Texas TC, including Inspection Reports, Survey, Appraisals, and other documents as provided.
Additional Fee Requirements
Termination Fee:
- Inside Option: $25 fee if termination of Contract occurs. This payment is due within seven days of the Contract termination (includes release of Earnest Money preparation by Your Texas TC). If the same Buyer goes under a new Contract within 30 days, a $25 credit will be applied to the new Contract’s fees.
Listing Coordination Fee: This fee will be due within seven days of the listing going active. If the Agent elects to use the Lisging Comprehensive, and no closing occurs, the termination fee will be at the Listing Side Only rate and due within seven days of listing termination. Payment for Listing Comprehensive is to be paid at closing.
